Complete Platform User Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mmc96 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mmc96 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

MMC96 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

For fund withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence

• Game outcomes that do not go in your favour in a fair game using a certified RNG

In no event shall MMC96's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

MMC96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Non-compliance with KYC verification procedures within the stipulated timeframe
• Account closure requested by the user themselves
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the MMC96 customer support team. Any valid balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current policy, upon completion of security checks.

MMC96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration or the relevant court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
